Frequently asked questions
Who can sell on Jeeva Edu?
Anyone with a skill — teachers, engineers, designers, animators, cooks, YouTubers, coaches and businesses. Create a free account and apply as a seller in the app.
What can I sell?
Video courses, digital files (templates, characters, presets, fonts, music, e-books, AI prompts and more) and services. Each listing is reviewed before it goes live.
How long does seller approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few working days. You can see the status in your seller dashboard.
How much does Jeeva Edu charge?
Listing is free. A platform commission is deducted from each sale, and the exact amount is shown in your seller dashboard for every order.
When do I get paid?
Every sale is added to your seller dashboard. Payouts are made once a month when your balance reaches ₹2,000, to the bank details in your seller account.
Can I sell to buyers outside India?
Yes. The app is available in 178 countries and regions and buyers can pay with international cards. For payouts outside India, contact Jeeva Edu Support first.
Will Jeeva Edu help me set up my store?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp (+91-9599639615) or email info@jeevaedu.com and the team will help you register, list your first product and get approved.
Can I also become an expert or take freelance work?
Yes. Approved sellers can set up paid expert chat and calls and send proposals on freelance projects — all earnings come to the same dashboard.
